DICE is the popular EA owned developer probably best known for their Battlefield series of games. Based out of Stockholm, Sweden as well as Los Angeles, California, this studio was founded in 1992 by Andreas Axelsson, Ulf Mandorff, Olof Gustafsson and Fredrik Liliegren.

Early years for DICE inlcuded work on the Amiga and MS DOS platforms, but now focus primarily on consoles and PC platforms. Besides the Battlefield series, DICE are also working on a new Mirror's Edge and Star Wars: Battlefront.
